Qatari Graduate Development Program (QGDP) |
QGDP's have been created by Qtel as a means of attracting young Qatari's and to develop further those who show ambition and talent into potential future leaders. QGDP's are managed and monitored by a team of dedicated staff in the Career Development & Planning Centre part of Qtel's Group Human Resource business unit. On successful completion of QGDP developers' will be confirmed as permanent employee.

- Types of Qatari Graduate Development Program
There are primarily 3 QGDP;
- Qatari Graduate Development program (QGDP): A development program for Qatari university degree holders that lasts for 12-24 month
- Qatari Diploma Development Program (QDDP): A development program for Qatari college diploma holders that lasts for 12-18 months.Qatari diploma holders from accredited and recognized academic institution with no experience or less than 2 years of work experience are eligible to be considered for this program. This program is using same mechanism of Graduate Development Program.
- Qatari Secondary School Development Program (QSDP): for Qatari high school leavers with a certificate of secondary education that lasts for up-to 12 months.
It depending on their academic achievement, Qatari secondary school leavers shall be recruited at junior grade.
- The Eligibility Criteria for QGDP
1. Qatari National.
2. Holds a valid educational certificate, as follows:
a. Secondary school score: 70% in science stream or 75% in other streams.
b. For Bachelor degree or Diploma, with Good academic rating.
