New Supplier Registration

PROCESS

Your registration will be accepted only on the receipt of the signed terms and Conditions document along with the relevant mandatory documents.
Suppliers & Contractors have to complete the entire registration process until they finally click on the register button on the last page.
Our processing time is approximately 15 working days for supplier registration and 30 days for contractors depending on all relevant documents requested above have been provided to us

Suppliers have to complete the entire registration process till they finally click on the register button in the last page.
All approved Supplier/Contractors will receive an email notification with the user name and password where they can log in and update their company profile.
Suppliers/Contractors who’s registration request have been rejected will also receive an email notification.
Completing the registration process does not guarantee your company will receive a request to bid or a contract from Qatar Telecom, nor does it imply that your company has any type of procurement relationship, either now or in the future, until Qatar Telecom’s procurement team has a requirement and invites you to participate in our procurement process.

	COPY OF THE SIGNED TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT (AVAILABLE WHEN YOU CLICK ON THE CONTINUE BUTTON BELOW). COPY OF YOUR BUSINESS/COMMERCIAL REGISTRATION DOCUMENT. A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF YOUR COMPANY PROFILE, REFERENCES AND THE TYPE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES YOU OFFER. A COPY OF YOUR CATALOGUES FOR THE PRODUCTS YOU INTEND TO SUPPLY QTEL. ICT QATAR APPROVAL FOR TELECOM SUPPLIERS. ALL SUPPLIERS NEED TO FILL THE CATEGORIZATION FORM PROVIDED BELOW.
	CONTRACTORS
	BUILDING WORKS,FIBER,COPPER CABLING WORKS AND UNDERGROUND DUCT LAYING CONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED TO PRINT, FILL AND SUBMIT THE ADDITIONAL FORMS GIVEN BELOW AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED ON EACH PAGE. ALL CONTRACTORS NEED TO FILL THE CATEGORIZATION FORM AS WELL PROVIDED BELOW.
