| Qatari Graduate Development Program (QGDP) |
QGDP's have been created by Qtel as a means of attracting young Qatari's and to develop further those who show ambition and talent into potential future leaders. QGDP's are managed and monitored by a team of dedicated staff in the Career Development & Planning Centre part of Qtel's Group Human Resource business unit. On successful completion of QGDP developers' will be confirmed as permanent employee.

| Scholarship & Sponsorship Program. (SSP) |
Qtel shall select Qatari students who meet the requirement to undergo diploma programs or Universities Degrees in the institutions accredited by Supreme Council of Education, within Qatar.

Internship Program (IP) |
This is a
short-term internship program available for students who are
either nominated by Labor Department or who are interested to
gain work experience during their summer vacation or undertake
internship as part of study program graduation requirement.
